  The air quality inside this room was completely unacceptable. Upon entering, we were hit with a foul, stale odor resembling dirty socks mixed with bleach. The stuffiness was so severe that it triggered a headache and nausea for me, and my husband’s nose actually swelled up. It’s incredibly disappointing given that the property is in the countryside, where the outside air is fresh and crisp. I have no idea how anyone can breathe comfortably in that room. If you value clean air and your health, book somewhere else."

  Our carpet was worn and dirty and the hallway smelled partly because roomers put damp towels outside their rooms. Definitely needs some maintenance and cleaning attention. We were in a deluxe room. I have never been to a hotel where you have to wait for the workers to come inside from a smoke break. Oh! The breakfast was great!

  Great value, we are a fan of best Western, we do appreciate the courteous staff, the rooms are clean and we definitely will be back when we take another road trip.

  We experienced a minor problem in the first minutes of our stay -- and I was very appreciative that it was personally addressed early this morning by the front desk manager. Clearly she strives to deliver truly excellent customer service through all of her staff, and as a guest I really appreciate that effort!

  I expected at least an above-standard experience because of this hotel’s name value, but that turned out to be a misunderstanding. First, the room interior looked like it hadn’t been updated in about 30 years. The pillows were unusually small, almost half the normal size. The towels smelled like they hadn’t dried properly after washing, and when I asked for fresh towels, I was told to come downstairs and pick them up myself. Breakfast was also disappointing. There were no sausage options, only something called “sausage gravy,” which looked like watery porridge with bits of ground sausage scattered in it. After this experience, I don’t think I will stay at any Best Western property again.
