The hotel is charming, nice vibes not high end but good. There's a restaurant on site O'Reilly with an ok menu, didn't care for the breakfast buffet, stick with the menu and if you are an early riser you get a significant early bird special discount on the breakfast. I spent four nights, my first impression was the rugs/carpet needs a good shampoo. You cannot immediately tell by looking at them but you need to keep the fun and ac running to keep your room smelling fresh and clean. The beds are not the most comfortable but good enough not to give you a backache. Housekeeping does bare minimum,we checked in late in the night, as we put our luggage down we were met by a blue crayon in the middle of the room and foreig hair in the bathroom. Came to find out the crayon was from the kids menu from the restaurant on site. We had housekeeping in the room twice and they just made beds even with our luggage tucked away. My child had a drop of toothpaste in the sink while brushing and we found it just the same. On the second night my child had tiny ketchup finger prints on the pillow and sheets, housekeeping changed the pillows and covered over the sheets and called it a day. Decided to keep them out of the room after that. The housekeeping staff though are very polite and friendly. The front desk check in was great, the gentalman was very knowledgeable and helpful at 11pm at night. Several times in the day we found older caucasian men at the front desk, they barely would looked at us or said hi, the rest of the team was great, all smiles and greetings. The hotel had several conferences and a wedding while we were there and everything blended in so well, no noise, no drama just a peaceful atmosphere. Two of the nights there was a baseball team on the 3rd floor with us no noise no disturbance. Amazingly well insulated for noise. The double queen rooms are a decent size but the bathroom are smaller, very difficult to be two adults in there. The indoor swimming pool was very clean with a great setup. There are enough stores in the area for convenience, 20mins to Hershey park and 2hrs to Kalahari resort. Overall the stay was good for my family and I.

I attended a conference. The conference/catering staff deserves all the stars I can give them. They made individuals feel seen and appreciated. Impeccable service and friendliness.
I did not eat at the Restaurant O'Reilly's, however.

The rooms were very clean. Some minor stains on furniture and some small stains on walls. But overall very clean. I was disappointed with housekeeping during our stay. They came in and only did our beds and put fresh towels. No cleaning at all (including emptying trash) and did not replace toiletries that were empty/low. We got back so late from the park that I didn’t bring it up to anyone’s attention as I just wanted to rest. One of the selling points of this hotel when booking was the heated pool. It was NOT heated and I didn’t get to enjoy it like planned. It was also not clean, the floors, tables were very dirty. The pool walls had black stains in several places. The staff were very friendly from checking to check out.
One other thing is there were no good places to eat however, we also didn’t try the restaurant at the hotel.

I stayed here from friday till today for the first time, took my family to hershey park and wanted to stay in a nice hotel that wasn't to far from the park. This hotel was beautiful and the rooms were so clean and had a lot of room. The reasturant had phenomenal food❤️ 10/10

The only reason i didn't give 4/5 stars, it's because the breakfast experience.
The breakfast was not included and the cost was $15 per person, which is fine and convenient.
The problem appeared when we went to have breakfast at 9:00, and the service hours were 6:30 to 11:00, and we were told that the buffet was done because they had a convention and a lot people were there.
We were like ok, i didn't say anything but in my mind i was thinking, that's your mistake not mine, you should have ordered more knowing that a big group of people was coming.
We were not the only people that were surprised by this, there was other customers that were also not happy with the situation.
Some of us stayed and use the restaurant and ordered from a menu, other people left and went out to another place.
Suggestions for management :
You see the number of people that are coming to the hotel, get enough supplies for everyone.
Other than that the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the location is good.
