  One of the better hotels I have stayed in. Stayed for 2 nights so I could go to the Renaissance Faire. It was only a 15 to 20 minute drive away from it so that was nice. Cheaper priced than other hotels in the area. Plenty of parking. The room was clean. The beds were decently comfortable. I always check for bugs, none were found, the mattress was clean and not stained up. They had a dehumidifier/air purifier in the room, so no smell. It was a little noisy but just a tad louder than the air conditioner so it wasn't a nuisance. The water pressure was good in the shower and the water got hot. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap in pump bottles on the wall, very clean nice scent. There was even bottled pump hand soap in the wall by the sink instead of the small bar soap which was convenient. House keeping cleaned our room (I think her name was Jen according to the tip envelope) and she did an amazing job. New towels, beds made, room smelled good and fresh, restocked the tissues i used even. This hotel had one of the best breakfasts I ever had at a hotel. They had so many selections from biscuits and gravy, chipped beef, omelets, turkey and pork sausage, scrambled eggs, pastries, bagels, yogurt, cereals, coffee with different flavored individual creamers, cranberry and apple juice, individual bottled chocolate milk, regular milk, etc.... a bunch of options and everything tasted great. Plenty of seating too. The only con was there were very loud kids running around during the night and early morning. They actually woke us up one morning from yelling and running down the hall. When we first checked in around 9ish, the front desk clerk was closing down the pool at the time, kids came running through the lobby getting water everywhere and caused one of the other guests to almost slip and fall. This of course is a parenting issue more than the hotel problem though. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

  I arrived on a Friday evening and checked into my room to find a non stop barking dog next-door. Then I noticed my room reeked of chemicals so I decided not to unpack any of my bags or touch the room. Next, I went down to the front desk to relay that the dog being next-door would be a problem since I’m highly allergic to cats and dogs. The front desk said if this continues to be an issue come down and let us know later and at no time offered that I would be able to leave with my money back. So I left for dinner and came back two hours later to the dogs still barking and the room still smelling of chemicals. By that time the front desk relayed that there was no way to get my money back until I could speak with a manager, so I ended up having to leave the hotel and find a new place to stay. If you have allergies, DON’T STAY HERE. It’s filthy. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful and rude. They didn’t look me in the eye and they weren’t willing to fix any of the issues with the room. However, when I called the manager the next week to get my money back, I was told that they would be keeping one night’s charge for the room (because they couldn’t rebook the room after I left, not my problem!) despite me never staying in or disrupting the room. I’ve never been to a hotel this rundown and disgusting. I don’t recommend staying here ever. Good luck getting your money back if you get a disgusting room.. they don’t care about customer service.

  I booked a room and ended up needing to cancel a little less than 2 weeks out. After speaking to a couple people I was told it was nonrefundable and they were not able to offer any resolution or change to the reservation at all. They did state this somewhere on the website at purchase, but consider going with someone whos willing to offer some form of cancelation or change. Will not book here again for this reason.

  This hotel is excellent. Super friendly staff, very clean and comfy rooms, really good breakfast too. Can't say enough about how kind and professional the staff are. And it's dog friendly! Very reasonable pet fee and they give you a little welcome bag, complete w recommendations on where to walk/hike w your dog. Will be our go-to when traveling to Lancaster to see family.

  Stayed 2 nights here and would definitely stay again. Front staff was friendly and the girls that handled breakfast were on top of their game. They made sure tables were wiped down in a timely manner and food was replenished fairly quickly! We joked that they may have moved a bit faster if they wore rollerskates but they did great while just on 2 feet :) (Shout out to kitchen staff Steph and Krystal!!!) Jocelyn was the housekeeper for our room and it was in tip top shape! Besides some paint touch up needs on the TV stand, everything in the room looked great! Fantastic stay overall!
