  One of the best hotel experiences in all of our travels for work/family. The morning lady today is even by herself and is so busy but has a smile on her face and very accommodating. Only things I would change is pool chemicals had a very high odor so we didnt swim and breakfast was ok nothing to write home about, but it was clean and ready.

  Location is fine. Parking lot is safe. Breakfast was ok and changes from day to day. We all found something to eat to get us by. Biggest gripe, no fan in the bathroom. Group of men sitting out front of the hotel with a case of beer all evening made my daughter uncomfortable. Besides that, every employee I interacted with was awesome!! Seriously, the most welcoming, service focused individuals I have ever encountered at a hotel. I slept amazing and let's face it, that is the most important thing at a hotel. I would stay here again. But come on, fix the bathroom fans though. It's really hard to shave or do your hair after a shower not to mention a little privacy when your using the bathroom.

  July 2026: Comfortable bed, quiet, with friendly welcoming staff. Could be a much better hotel with a little more care and attention given by housekeeping and maintenance staff.

  Haven't stayed in a Best Western in years. It will be my first choice from this point forward. This location was awesome. Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean property and the staff that handled breakfast was friendly and kept everything replenished very well and cleanliness was spot on.

  My wife and I had a short stay in Cranberry Township because we planned to watch the fireworks, and then see our grandson on Sunday. While the location (i.e., US 228) and the staff was friendly, the room was not. See issues below. 1. No Fan in Bathroom: Because of this issue, the bathroom would fog up which created no ventilation. 2. Few Garbage Cans: For a sizable room with two beds and a sofa, there should be more than two "small" trash cans. 3. Dim Lighting: Even when you open the windows, the lighting is dark like being in a "cave." 4. End Tables: If you have two beds, there will only be a table in the middle. Having two small end tables would have been helpful so my wife's cell phone was not on the floor. Other Hotel Issues: 1. Breakfast: The food was adequate; however, it is always overcrowded. We were waiting shoulder-to-shoulder next to someone making a waffle. Having more space or two areas with food, would be better. The area by the television has a cool coffee machine but no food. 2. Elevators: The elevators move slower than a snail, and sometimes do not work properly. The elevator on the left kept getting stuck on floor 3. Additionally, some elevators stopped on floors where there were no people. This issue need to be looked at immediately.
