  Very bad service No shampoo and soap. When we called front desk they told us to come and get it from the front desk. We didn’t have a pet. The room smell was horrible- smell of wet dogs! The windows didn’t open. When we complained the lady at the front desk said we can upgrade for 70$ extra. We don’t recommend this hotel!

  What a pleasant surprise this Best Western is. The room is neat and clean and it smells good. The room is quiet and very private .The furnishings are new. The mattress is soft and comfy. And, I have a Jacuzzi in my bedroom! I feel very very special. The staff are very kind and helpful. There's room service, but I haven't tried it. I cannot say one bad thing about this stay.   Easy access off 81. Ample parking, clean facilities. Room is good size, clean linens , bathroom is stocked and clean. Hot water and comfy beds. Large TV, fridge and microwave in the room. Plenty to eat within a short drive. Morning breakfast is worth waking up to. Can't go wrong here, definitely worth it.
