  Customer service was a 10 out of 10. From phone conversations, check in, breakfast, to check out. The room was very clean and the pet fee was acceptable. Parking was a little crowded due to some trailers, but I would definately recommend this place!

  This is a great hotel.The rooms are very modern, clean, and lots of outlets for electronics.The breakfast was great. Nice variety of hot and cold. Would stay there again as we travel.

  Sarah is the best! She makes you feel at home and has the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a hotel/motel!

  My expectations were exceeded--would absolutely stay there again, clean, quiet, beds comfy, even took a brief dip in the pool which was well maintained.

  I did not have a good experience when I stayed at the Best Western Chamber July 11, 2026. Something changed since my last visit and I can only think they have less staff available for housekeeping. . There was a bad order in the rooms and dirty/stained pillows and comforters. No help, care or concern from the front desk that night. Too busy watching soccer I guess. However, I think more training in Customers service and brand representation is very important and necessary. In businesses.
