  We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting friends. The hotel met our needs but is older and there is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor with luggage. The fitness room had some nice equipment but the treadmills were not working. The breakfast was hit or miss. One morning the server was very behind and we had to wait for a lot of things. The next morning was better and the server had things prepped and ready. The third morning we are out instead of staying for breakfast. The pool and hot tub were nice. There is also a bit of an outside patio area to hang out. The outside grounds were beautifully decorated with plants and flowers.

  Was farther away from our venue in Ridgefield than Google reported. That in itself was very frustrating. Not to be blamed on the hotel though.

  Poo/l hot tub not working but that's a normal thing here evidently. .. it's summer maybe that should be fixed but according to other reviews on here it's never working. When I got there it was after 4:00 p.m. and I was going to be there at 3:00 she still had to go look and see if the room was finished and ready. Floor 2 although the big note was in there saying I needed the first floor because they don't have an elevator so I got switched to the first floor. I could tell that the room needed work because the bathtub had hair on the edges. And the remote was sticky and had stuff on it. The lamp could not be turned off completely one little light stayed on inside of it and it flickers all night..... I was offered bottled waters for being a rewards customer oh... But we have no water.... Sorry 😐 I'd give it to you if we had it! And no water in the morning when I asked again because you know they don't have bottled water but they will offer it to you 😳 The young lady in the front when I returned from the store that night was sitting there on the front curb literally 5 ft in FRONT of the front door smoking a cigarette because you know that's normal and good customer service..... Maybe it's an Oregon thing? I've been to Best Westerns before and I don't even believe this can be a Best Western. They should call it Best Western gone wrong. Oh and thanks for the one little tiny facial soap. No other soaps just dispensers in the tub! If there's another Motel in this area make sure you stay there because you will have disappointments every which way you turn. This is the Best Western gone wrong!

  The room was clean enough for a short overnight stay and had all the basics I really needed. It was quiet enough to get some rest, and the location was super convenient for getting back on the road in the morning. It isn't the most modern place, but it served its purpose well, and the staff were helpful during check-in. It was a perfectly fine experience that didn't have any major issues.   I had a really disappointing stay here that I honestly would not want to repeat. The room felt outdated and wasn't cleaned properly, with dust in corners and a strange smell that made it hard to relax. To make matters worse, the noise from the hallway and nearby rooms kept me up for most of the night, making it impossible to get any decent sleep. I definitely expected a much better experience for the price and will definitely be booking somewhere else next time I'm traveling through.
