  If you have luggage be aware there are no elevators and no help to take 50lb suitcases up and down the stairs. We are senoir citizens and it was a struggle.

  Cleanliness: This was the dirtiest Best Western room I have stayed in. The room had dust all over. Windows, bed frame, and the toys under the bed were covered as well. Drinks left in the fridge. The carpet is coming up. Hair pins left in the sink. Hair behind the toilet. Service: At check in I asked to change my payment to another card. I was told that had to be done at check out. Before I could check out, the card was that I did not want charded was processed. When I asked if it could be changed I was told it was too late. On day two, we needed more shampoo and and makeup remover wipes. We called down to the front desk and Alexis answered very politely but let me know it would be a while before she could get up to my room. I offered to come down if that would help. She said it would. When I went down, she was very busy and all by herself on a SATURDAY! She gave the best service she could... A+ on her end. F on the end of management for having her all alone. Working Order: The hot tub was broken and the pool is seasonal. Neither were strongly advertised as the case. I drove 5 hours to attend my fathers wedding, and lets just say this was the low point of the trip. I booked this hotel as I love the Best Western Brand. I am very disapointed in this stay.

  Service was fine, staff was friendly. Lobby has been updated but it appears the rooms haven't been touched since the day they opened. Ours was clean but very tired. The hair dryer in our room didn't work and the front desk said they couldn't do anything. Would have been nice to know that when they gave us that room. We didn't have time for a hot breakfast but grabbed a couple items for the road. The bagel I had seemed to be about as old as the rooms.

  Best service ever!! Lexie took care of us and made it so professional. I have seen her handling an issue with another guest and she did it so well and friendly, helped her with 3rd party service communication, tried her best even she wasnt in charge for it! I have been in 25 countries all over the world, id say service i faced was normal,but it was not as warm and kind as i got in BW in Pendleton. Thank you Lexie, God Bless you and your child

  Stay at Holiday Inn, next door This owner seemed not care about customer service. The $197 was more important to her than a repeat customer. Without a reservation, as a walk-in, we paid for a room the realized the Holiday Inn next-door was $40 cheaper. We requested a price match which they refused to honor the widely advertised all over the Internet. We would have stayed, but on principal, we handed the room keys back and asked for a refund. The front desk gal was kind and called the owner again and they refused to refund. We kindly left with a thank you. It was not the gals fault. We would agree this later. We contacted customer service via telephone and email. This was quite a lengthy process to get a response with several calls. The owner still declined a refund even though we didn’t even see the room, let alone, stay there. It was unbelievable to us. We stayed at the Holiday Inn next door. The Holiday Inn is beautiful and newer. We are very happy we stayed there. The breakfast was great, and the customer service was outstanding. We would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again.
