  I expected better from Best Western. This one in Ontario, Oregon is old and sad. Carpet is dirty, beds uncomfortable, and looks like it was last updated in the 70's. Curtains are comong off the rods and light fixtures you might find in your grandmothers house. Two stories and no elevators. Close to the freeway and back up to a trucking company. Price for this room is outrageous given the lack of room quality and amenities. TV is even 2nd rate the screen is constantly pixalating. Staff at the desk are friendly and helpful.

  Probably one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The floor was so nasty it turned my daughters pink socks black. There was exposed concrete near the base boards. The shower turns into a bath when the drain is open. The beds are not comfortable. The staff is friendly, and it has a decent pool and hot tub. Also has stores near it. That's all this place has going for it. Then they over priced the rooms because they knew victims from the oregon fire would probably be coming in. It's really quite sad.

  Bed bugs. Stayed there one night passing through. I'm a wildland firefighter currently worning a fire with bed bug bites all over me becaise of thos place.

  The perfect stay! Clean, quiet, large rooms, 24 hour pool and hot tub, great breakfast selection including hot chocolate. No elevator, but the stairwells are carpeted and very wide. We will go out of our way to stay here again next time we’re in the area.
