  There were problems with the front desk. They seemed to be confused about processing my credit card. The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was as expected. Lots of parking.

  Older hotel but quite well maintained, no elevator. Room is small. Bed is way too soft/bouncy, hard to get a good night sleep when your partner moves/gets in & out of the bed. Breakfast is sufficient but the room is small. No fitness room but a pool.

  We recently spent one night at the Best Western in Ontario. I used my points, and sure they always give you a room to use the most points possible(!), but when we arrived, our room was not ready. So they upgraded us to a room that was ready, and it had a jazcuzzi! Now that was an unexpected treat. Our first stay there; I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fine (check out the locally-sourced yogurt).

  This is a fine establishment offering many amenities that leaves you nothing to desire. Lets start in highlighting the great efforts of the stuarts here making this palace amazing. Front desk .Culinary. and housekeeping staff. Ebony. Jen general manager. Rosa. Shaddele. Jenelyn. Eve Rose. Ruth Vargas. These ladies.make this palace such a peaceful and perfect place. Stop in. support local. Tip generously. And exchange some.kond words with your neighbors over brekfast and pool spa.
