  We were so happy to find this Best Western after traveling the long desolate 140 highway. It had been a long stressful day. Our room was decent, service was great, and breakfast was excellent. Great location close to restaurants and grocery store. We were also given complimentary bottles of water and cookies.

  The bathwater came out of the faucet a dirty brownish grey. They expect guests to dtink and bath in that! Disgusting!

  So I have to come back and share how Amanda i believe the very helpful lady with the Lil one . She went above and beyond trying to help me and correct the computer mistake, she is one of those people who care about the work they do. Thank you Amanda

  I want to say what a caring beautiful woman they have working nights and mornings, she been on the phone fixing what I complained about.. I.wish I could come across more people like her. She is the salt of the earth.

  THERE IS NO POOL!! SureStay advertises that "We offer the only swimming pool in town". There is a sign on the front counter saying the pool is permanently closed. This is false advertising. We paid the extra premium to stay at this hotel because it was advertised as having a pool. When I brought this up, the front desk person acknowledged the fact and didnt know why it was still advertised like that. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. If it wasnt for the false advertising, I would give it a 5 star. SureStay, you need to change your listing.
