  If I could give NO STARS I would. Another Best Western Plus that advertises a hot tub but it's ALWAYS "down for maintenance"!

  Front desk service was excellent. Natalie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate the fire crew I needed rooms for. I would absolutely stay here again in the future because of the service. Thanks

  Hidden away down a back road. The staff was friendly and the sheets were clean But the hotel is kinda run down with sub par repairs visible all over. Carpets are stained all over and permanently dirty. For the cost and the quality i wont return. Definitely a disappointment.

  I thought my room door was ajar when I walked up to it, but no - it was just falling apart. So everytime it was opened or closed it was super loud. I feel bad for the rooms around mine. The sheets were too small for the bed so they popped off while sleeping. But the AC worked well. The eggs were super watery and inedible. But the rest of the breakfast was fine. The front desk only activated our keys for 1 day so when coming back from activities after "check out" they didnt work even though we were staying for 2. It was fixed pretty quickly but annoying none the less. Its a place to sleep. Location right off the highway is convenient. My daughter enjoyed the pool but it definitely wasnt the nicest. Hot tub has several places where the lining has worn off, stairs are slippery with gunk, for lack of a better word, and it needs cleaned for sure.
