  We booked a king room. There is lots of road noise. Before we checked in I asked if we could have a room away from the road. They are full so the answer was no. I was told it wasn't bad. That is NOT true.

  no wifi in my room, no TV channel, asked front desk/guest service, simply say "I DON'T KNOW".......

  This was one of the few hotels in the Mt. Hood area that allowed reservation on a website and was more affordable than the Timberline lodge. However, the location is not very convenient for getting a view of the peak when it was cloudy during our entire stay, and is far from food/stores/civilization. The TV did not work and the shower water stayed cold. Finally, we were woken up at 9:45, prior to our 11am checkout by knocking on the door. The hotel room was at least clean, but the stay itself was not particularly enjoyable and did not feel worth the price paid.
