  Our room was very nice and very clean. Our only complaint: the king size bedding sheets didn't fit right.

  Amazing customer service and amazing pool. The hot tub is huge and amazing. We were visiting Bend and had reservations at a place and their hot tub was out of order. So we went to another place that said they had one and it was out of order also. The young man who works here told me over the phone not to worry that there was one here that worked and he was so kind and gave us an amazing room with a view. This is absolutely where we will be staying next time we are in town. Thank you so much.

  It's a relief to know that management is resposible here, so I give it 3 stars. Practically, however, I think people should know that this is apparently the go-to hotel for large groups. We were there not in a group but as a middle aged couple on a long awaited weekend trip and wanted some quiet, so we ultimately ended up canceling and shifting to a different hotel due to the crowds at the Peppertree.

  I liked the peppertree but I Would suggest not covering a pool lift designed to be operated by a person alone in a wheelchair with a cover that cannot be taken off by a guy in a wheelchair and the beds are way high in the Ada rooms. At least a full foot above my wheelchair seat (standard height)

  Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Nettes Personal. Nichts negatives zu berichten. Hier würden wir wieder übernachten.
