  Ryan, who checked us in gave us great service and a great room even though we stopped last minute and did not have a reservation. The room was so spacious and very clean and comfortable.

  This was the poorest check-in experience I’ve ever had with Best Westen. Asked if it were possible to get a room on the 1st floor and front desk explained all the deluxe rooms were on 2nd floor. I said I would gladly take a less expensive room on the 1st floor and would pay the same price. Front desk told me that wasn’t possible because I booked a deluxe “and you get what you pay for”. Extremely rude. I agree to the second floor room because apparently that’s the only option. Well, the very next question is whether I have a pet, which I do. She then tells me all the pet rooms are on the 1st floor (they were listed as pet friendly) so NOW I would need to be moved to the 1st floor. So I guess it is possible to move rooms at this hotel, just not to help the customer. Was able to check in after waiting for 90 minutes in the parking lot for the room to be ready. Room is disgusting with hair all over the bathroom. Attached picture is discarded toe or finger nail clippings on the carpet right next to the bed

  The hotel has a beautiful and artistic exterior, with lovely landscaping and plenty of greenery that makes the whole place feel bright and welcoming. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The location is also very convenient and makes it easy to get around. The breakfast was good, and the service was friendly and pleasant. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay!

  We loved this hotel! Our room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was great! The staff is friendly and attentive. The pool and jacuzzi made this a vacation that we will happily remember for a long time. It is very close to the theater plays at the Shakespeare Festival (8 minutes away).

  I just want to give a shout out to Ryan who was working the front desk on July 25th 2026. Thank you for being do helpful and kind. We were towing a small trailer and we didn’t know where to park it and he was just incredibly helpful. Room was pet friendly and hot tub was nice after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was decent and had variety. Restaurant next door, I think it’s called the Oak tree restaurant, was nice and again staff were very friendly. I gave the hotel a 4 and not a 5 because our room had ants, and gave us some spray.
