  People sleeping in a car outside my room starting and running every 15 minutes couldn't sleep. Went to the front desk was told they can't control the parking lot and did nothing about it. This went on for two days, adjacent room told me it was there last night also. Business doesn't care about customer care

  Disgusting room. Smells like cigarettes and feces. Scary. People outside loitering.

  Staff was rude, and they never gave me my deposit back, room smelled funky, and I left it spotless and didn’t damage anything so I have no idea why I didn’t get my deposit back. It’s probably gonna be called a “Fake Review” by corporate like they do with all of the other negative reviews.

  Mattress was very saggy in the middle. Bright outdoor flood light made room too bright. Breakfast was a joke. Bad neighborhood.

  The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I complained about our pillow case being dirty & to get a new one if possible, no big deal but she told me the rooms are cleaned after each stay & if it doesn’t meet my standards I can find another hotel. I said ok I will, id like a refund but she wouldn’t give me one & threatened to call the police. All over a dirty pillow case. Spend your money elsewhere
