  ⚠️THEY ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION⚠️ UPDATE #2: I am still getting BOMBARDED by telemarketer calls! 3/day… all Indian. Always a 405 319- *** number… UPDATE: since staying here i have been BOMBARDED by Indian Telemarketers… My gut tells me they sold my info. I’ve got a call every single day from them. I’m sure when it’s done it may be better, but honestly the place just did not feel clean. The breakfast was good The pool was dirty (hairs, dust/dirt/debris) and too chlorinated The area does not feel safe tho we did not have any issues. Everything is SMALL, as if it was made for overall smaller people. Their queen is not a true queen. The elevator can fit 3 people TOPS. The hallways 2 TOPS. You can tell they WANT to try, but they fall short.

  Clean room, comfortable bed, and the AC was great. Bathroom was clean and we got new towels and housekeeping daily. Location of the hotel was very convenient. Would book again.

  Beyond better than what you’ve read! I needed an OKC stay in that area. I was freaked out about the reviews, but I needed that location. Y’ALL! That hotel was amazing. Remodeled! So clean. The shower pressure was strong which I loved. The room had new furniture. There were no weird smells. All was new new new and clean clean!! No pets and no smoking! Indoor pool and customer laundry on the 2nd floor! 10/10 recommend!

  I wasn't going to leave a Google review, but since Best Western asked me to, I'll do it. I booked 2 rooms for 6/25/26. At check-in, the payment terminal was down on the hotel's end. The front desk insisted that he hadn't had any problems all day, so it must be my card. I called my bank, which said that they didn't even have proof that anything was attempting to charge the card, so it was for sure an issue on the hotel's end. I relayed the message to the front dest, who then decided to "test" his system with another card of mine (he insisted) and charged me $1. It went through fine. Then, the rest of the room payments magically worked. I didn't get my dollar back or refunded either. The first room I was assigned, the security lock was broken. I reported it immediately, and they said they'd have someone fix it. When I went back to the room about an hour later, all they had done was set the lock back on top of the broken screw… I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice? So when I went back to the front desk and confronted them with “hey, its still broken and nothing was actually done to repair it” they said they didn't have any maintenance workers on staff, so they moved me to a different room. The second room I booked for coworkers had smoke alarms beeping from low batteries and again because they said they couldn’t fix it, they moved my coworkers to a different room. The full breakfast was horrible- everything was burnt or broken, we opted to walk to the Braum's in the parking lot instead-which defeats the purpose of staying somewhere with a full breakfast. The rooms were filthy, smeared food on chairs, food crumbs in the carpet where it was obvious no one had vacuumed- one room had holes in the walls, rubber hair bands and used bobby pins in the floors, and broken glass shower door that I know had to be a safety hazard. Overall, I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other places to stay in Edmond/Oklahoma City.
