  I booked due to having a free EV charger for my electric car! Nice clean, little hotel with a pool. Braum’s, Boomerang Diner, and donut shop nearby.

  Horrible customer service house keeping let then self in and made me tell them twice to leave. Asked to leave hotel refused refund had to call police. Manger not on duty refused to talk to me. Worst experience at a high end hotel in my life!

  BED BUGS! Go elsewhere. We stayed here for one night, we unfortunately did not have a reservation, however in a rather empty parking lot the “only” room available was their suite. We opted to take it because we needed a stay. In the morning as we were packing up we noticed a bed bug on the fitted sheet of the bed. Upon inspection we did see stains and signs of infestation. When we told the front desk they offered us $15 dollars off our stay.

  This hotel is the best around!! Tanya is so amazing behind the counter and is always so nice and greats us with a smile. Ive been coming to this hotel for over 11 years and couldn't imagine staying anywhere elae. Shika is the best manager as well, anytime we have a need she's on it. We as railroaders stay at a lot of different hotels throughout our careers, and as long as I've worked for them, I choose to stay where get to come stay at this best Western.
