I'm not one to usually complain but since walking in the doors of this place at 2:30am after less than half the long drive we have to make for a slowly dying relative it's been a nightmare! The worst part was the young girl up front. I don't know that she was intentionally that rude or just pure lazy and treated us as an inconvenience from the start. She first watched as my son and half crippled dad struggle down the hallway with their arms full of stuff knowing they weren't headed at all in the right direction for the elevator to go to the second floor before announcing where the elevator was. The icing on the cake was when I had to spend an extra hour of sleep I lost going back and forth to the front desk to ask for bedding for the extra pull out bed because we got a suite. First time I was handed two pillows. One without a pillow case and when I asked for one she stated "that's how those ones come." Really that's disgusting! The worst part was the second trip to the desk when I asked for a flat sheet, a pillow case, and a blanket again. She rustled around in the back for a bit then came back with what looked like the roughest, flimsiest, and thinnest black (I'd compare to a prison blanket. I use to be a nurse in a prison). The sheet was wadded up, so was the pillow case. The only thing folded like it was clean was the blanket. The sheet and pillow case felt not fresh and crisp but like it had been previously used-wrinkled and soiled. I asked "are these clean?" She proceeded to answer "yes, I believe so as I got them from the dryer. They sure didn't look or feel like they'd come from a dryer! So I started to look at them as I got in the elevator. There was long, black hairs on them. So I proceeded back up to the desk and showed her this and I know theses proof of this on camera! She acted like it was no big deal and then magically appeared with folded, crisp ones this time. At this time I also asked for a better "comforter" as I knew theses things, rough one I had wasn't going to be warm. She stated that "we don't give those out unless it's for a bed." Well is was for a bed....the extra pull out bed we paid for! So I proceeded to the room. After trying to sleep with a thin blanket I headed back down because as I knew would happen....I was COLD! I said "this is ridiculous! I need a comforter and not a thin prison blanket! She rolled her eyes at me and finally gave me one. The whole point in this situation though is I could tell this girl was annoyed ANY TIME she had to do ANYTHING for me! We were a burden from the moment we walked in the door! She was not informative, helpful, and lacks customer service skills severely! Giving someone dirty bedsheets at a hotel is a critical sanitation and public health code violation. It violates local lodging safety regulations by creating an infectious disease hazard. Used or contaminated linens can spread dangerous pathogens (such as MRSA or viruses) and trigger allergic reactions or severe skin and lung issues. I am a nurse of 9 years now and I would NEVER dare give out dirty linen! After sleeping maybe 3 hours we were woke to people above us letting kids jump and bounce or something as well! I understand those things happen but to be back on the road today with barely 3-4 hours of sleep is exhausting! When I called the "manager" this morning....he didn't have much the day and didn't seem to grasp or know how to handle such a situation and his answer was "I'll talk to my employees." Like he believes her word is more valid than mine. Excuse me sir, I have money. This is not a money issue or a made up story! I'm upset that I lost sleep arguing with your unprofessional enployee and was handed things that could of made me very sick especially on my way to see an already sick family member! Review your cameras! Do your job and make this right because absolutely none of this situation was right! I will be contacting corporate! I should not have to pay for this horrible experience or even be up after 3 hours of sleep writing this book of a review!!!

We have stayed here for several years while traveling. We stayed in the kitchenette room located outside the main building because we have a dog and it’s more convenient to exit the room to take him out. The area has become overrun with stray cats and the entire area to take your pet smells of cat urine. The room was not very nice smelling either. It smelled as if they over sprayed a fragrance as to cover up the cat smell. There were paper plates left out with food to feed these stray cats also.
The next morning it was raining and one of these many cats crawled up into my truck under my hood! We had no idea! On our 12 hour drive home to Arizona, we smelled a very strong, horrible smell coming from the ac system. When we pulled the cabin ac filter out upon our arrival home, it was covered in cat hair and tiny bay kittens that were all deceased! Absolutely disgusting and a very upsetting experience! Please stop feeding these strays or allowing them to be fed! They need to be trapped and fixed and taken in by animal control!! We are traumatized by this and absolutely shocked this is what happened at a Best Western property! We will never stay at this property or any Best Western property ever again. Extremely disappointed and sickened by the entire incident. I have pics but won’t post as not to traumatize anyone else. Inexcusable!!

The staff in this hotel are EXCEPTIONAL. The entire hotel is very clean and it is clear that they pay attention to detail! Very good workout facility That is well stopped with towels for guests to use during their workout, they have a water dispenser in the workout room, and also offer guests wired headphones just in case you forget your own personal earbuds to use during your workout (as I did!) Great breakfast service, and guests have coffee, teas, and hot water available throughout the entire day!

I really enjoyed my stay here while traveling through the area. The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night. Having the indoor pool and a nice breakfast in the morning definitely added a lot of value to my visit, making it a solid choice for anyone passing through.
Biggest hit against was elevator was not working and we got a room on the 3rd floor. With luggage. The front desk kid tried and it wasn't his fault at all. Is located at junction of 2 major highways. You can walk to some good Mexican food but be careful crossing the road to get there. Large gas station right around the corner. Rooms were great!
