  Reserved an ADA room for my sister back in May for 3-day stay in August 2026. When she arrived, she was told ADA room was not available. They gave her a regular room- no handicapped shower, so she was unable to take a shower for three days. The tv wasn't working in her room and was told that they were getting new tvs, but someone would fix it the next day or two. Breakfast was god awful too. When she complained, they told her they could give her a $30 credit. I subsequently complained to corporate but was told since it was a franchise and they couldn't do anything. They said when they investigated, the Boardman location said they called me to let me know about the ADA room unavailability. They lied- never called. Go elsewhere- they don't deserve your business.

  The cleanest and friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. So clean, it looks newly built. I've checked in late (midnight or later) to a lot of hotels and normally the front desk person is always in the back or look half asleep, NOT here!! The young lady who checked us in at midnight was bright-eyed and wonderful to talk to. I was surprised to find some gluten-free options on the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was yum. Would def recommend anyone to stay here!!! We will be back if we are ever in the area again!!!

  Went on a golf trip with friends, this place was fine for a nights sleep. Handicapped rooms were not equipped with a bath seat I had to ask for one and I was told that someone was using it, so I assumed they only have one for the entire hotel. I did get it.

  Hotel is ok. Didn't find any bugs. Good breakfast, options of Juice, potato fry, waffle, egg, yogurt, coffee, etc. Staffs were nice too But cleanliness inside the room can be improved. Stayed in 2nd floor and there were loud wood cracking sounds till 4am at night as people staying on the 3rd floor above my room was keep walking. I don't know is it due to the problem of wood floor or hotel being very old.
