  We had a really nice stay at the Best Western in Norwalk. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but everything was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast had a nice selection with waffles, cereal, juices, and coffee. On Saturday morning they also had eggs, a potato and bacon scramble, and sausage patties, so there were plenty of hot options as well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub area—it was clean, well maintained, and a great bonus. Overall, this is a clean, quiet, comfortable hotel with friendly service and a solid breakfast. We’d definitely stay here again when we're in the Norwalk area.

  Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy unless you're into mildew/musty smelling rooms, hairs in the shower that were there when you first checked into the room, broken hair dryer, bugs in the sink & also non draining sinks.. the mattress was completely broken down so don't plan on a great night's of sleep either. Welcome to the Blessed Western. Oh, and don't think you'll get compensated either because they will NOT. Please do yourself a favor and reserve a better place to stay! We had a group of more than 10 people and no ones keys worked from the get go for their rooms OR the outside doors. Another friend had to MOVE rooms because the AC was broken, lone behold,- the new room they put her in had the same issue. Can't make this up.... the list goes on AND on. The breakfast was a total let down as they didn't even have a meat option for half the stay.. no sausage out of 2 days... and the eggs were sparse and never refilled. Also, there was a lady ( not with my group) at the front desk complaining about her room smelling of mildew as well.. like come on guys! This is clearly an issue. Get it together. It was the most bizarre thing I've ever seen and I've traveled A LOT! This place has to be in the hole financially and it shows. Do your homework on this one, you'll thank me. 😁

  I've stayed at a lot of different best westerns in Ohio . This is hands down one of the best. The lobby, pool, fitness center and breakfast area where all very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection is incredible. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area

  We were very disappointed when we checked in the first room it smelled like mildew. They moved us to a second room where the air conditioner was leaking on the floor and I had my 16 month old grandson that I could not even put down. They did check a third room, but it smelled like mildew also so we took the Best of the three and stayed in the one with the leaky air conditioner. Well, also it had mildew on the curtain. It had blood spots on the pillow, not on the pillowcase on the pillow. And the faucet was hanging off. It leaked the entire time and you had to hold it when you used it. Very unhappy.
