  No elevator, our room was on 2nd floor only king bed available. Difficult climbing stairs with luggage. Never informed of times for breakfast and no info in room for breakfast which was included in our stay. No info for surrounding restaurants etc in the area. Our first time visiting Mansfield area. This info would have been helpful. Great location off major highways.

  The worst experience EVER!!!! DO NOT stay at this hotel!! Certainly not the "best western!" My spouse and I definitely feel it was not only the "worst western" as well as worst hotel stay we've experienced!!! From check in to check out - unfriendly staff, non working lights,microwave broken, dirty bathtub,dirty carpet ,old food wrappers, water bug crawling on mattress as we pulled bedding back to check for bed bugs since everything was so dirty..thankfully no bed bugs ...but don't lose hope there's more, after we came back from the wedding we were at and checked all the conditions we called the front desk asking to leave, only to hear ..sorry, too bad!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Fair warning ⚠️

  Decent place to stop when passing through. Conveniently located from the nearest highway. The nighttime desk clerk was super helpful & friendly. Didn't care for the room though, as it had a smell & down pillows which I hate. At least it was clean.

  Our Room wasn't cleaned before we Arrived @1:15am from the previous day's Reservation so we were put in another Room, which had recently been Smoke in, so then moved into a third room...??? Plus, both Frnt & Rr Doors don't open w/ your Room Key(s), so we had to block them open to bring our stuff in and out, etc?!? Excellent Staff, very clean and tidy, they just need to work on their maintenance and cleaning issues, and ot would get five (5) stars across the board...!!! - jbm

  Nice location, staff is friendly. Don't expect housekeeping, even if you ask for it. Learned to put garbage cans out in hallway if you want them emptied. Towels in hallway too to get them to pick them up and go to front desk to pick up clean ones. Carpet in room felt grimey so bring slippers to walk around. Rest of room was clean. Had an issue with keys each day. Seemed to be a 1 time use only. We started to just get them re-keyed everytime we came back instead of trying them so we didn't have to keep going back to front desk. Toilet got clogged and bathroom shower dripped all day but you couldn't hear it. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. It was closed on the day we were checking out, not sure of the reason and we didn't ask. Food was ok, basic eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, Belgium waffles, etc. Sausage patties looked old, eggs were overcooked, waffles were good; yogurt, cereal and fruit was a good substitute. Overall, experience was ok, 2.5 stars. Only a 2 story hotel but no elevator so if you have an issue with stairs, you may want to think about it. Place needs a definite update but it was clean enough and quiet enough to lay my head down.
