  Needed adjoining rooms. After MULTIPLE communications and then telling us to call back on the day of check in, which we did, still did not honor accommodations

  So nice and quiet customer service was number one from checking in to checking out. Everyone is so welcoming in here. Breakfast was nice and moist and it wasn’t dried out like some places have been lately. I enjoyed that yogurt with all the toppings that was my number one favorite. I’ll have to come back to try out the hot tub in the pool.

  Room was clean, beds are hard and lumpy and way past needing to be replaced.
