  Booked this room with Delta Stays. It had an 8.2 review, but this was a terrible place to stay. The room was very dirty. The smell was terrible. The A/C was running, but the room was still extremely humid. The bathroom especially was filthy. There was a dirty washcloth left hanging from the shower curtain. The picture in the room had broken glass hanging from the frame. The fridge door didn't close all the way. There were 2 colors of paint on the walls. We called and asked for towels and they were never brought up. We had to go down to the front desk to get them.

  Gentlemen at the front desk named Mike understands customer service. Super personable and made us feel welcome immediately. He helped us arrange adjacent rooms even though we booked separately through different sites. I miss good customer service. Thank you, Mike.

  THERE ARE BED BUGS AT THIS PLACE!!!!!! Definitely got bit by bed bugs staying here. What a shame. 🤮 ***The reply is false. I have bites all over my arms and neck. Your inspector is either incompetent or didn’t exist at all. You can’t just lie. Absolutely wrong. I didn’t just get bites from somewhere else. I stayed 3 nights and ended up bitten. DO NOT LIE!***

  For $200 for one night (early check in and pet fee), I was not impressed. Our room was quite dirty. Dead bugs along the baseboards, very dusty, the blankets had hairs all over that did not belong to us lol. The dog ran over with a dirty sock he found in the room, which also did not belong to us. Upon further inspection, the crunchy pair to that sock was found under the bed. Ended up calling the front desk. The employee was nice and understanding, offered to show me another room to see if we would be more satisfied with that. We ended up accepting a new room and moved our stuff. That one seemed a little better and we were exhausted from traveling all day. I continued to feel uneasy and had a gut feeling it wasn’t right. I started really looking at the room and it was just as dirty 😩. I also saw signs of BED BUGS on the mattress and mattress protector. The employee did not seem surprised to hear this…… We asked for a refund and checked out. Thankfully we hadn’t even unpacked. I did not get pictures of the mattress stains because I was so grossed out and needed to get out of there.
