  Took me 27 minutes to check-in then when I finally checked in the room key didn't work. I feel this hotel is very poorly. Managed. They have front desk, doing other tasks instead of doing the front desk.

  The only issue here was that they have roaches, hopefully they are taking care of that issue, because, they in the perfect location for everything, also they can stepp up the cleaning on the 3rd floor, I had to clean & whipe down all the counters in my room However besides that, the customer service is top notch, very respectful and insightful

  I recently stayed at this property with my friend, and we had a great experience from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. I would especially like to recognize Denish and Greg for making our stay memorable. Denish was incredibly humble, courteous, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Greg was also very friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We will certainly choose this property again on our next visit.

  Good place to stay! The rooms are moderately large and modern, with carpet on most of the floor. The place is quite clean ...my "wipe test" on the laminated floor section was nearly pristine ..they take care to clean the rooms! Lots of electrical outlets in the room. The bed is excellent....I sleep really good on it! The bathroom is a bit small but clean. When we first came in, my wife noticed a slight musty smell but I didn't and it disappeared after the AC was turned on. Great location close to stores and restaurants. I can't understand why some folks gave this place a one star and overall trashed it ... we're they at the same motel? Overall, quite good and we'll be back next year!

  I have stayed at over a dozen Best Western properties and this is by far the worst. Management should take heed because this properly falls far below the usual Best Western standard. The front desk staff are not properly trained and does not know how to check guests in. The cleaning staff are rude. One actually used profane language at me. The breakfast is a joke, only two hot items on the menu (eggs and sausage), both of which ran out before breakfast hour was over. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The shower was moldy. The HVAC pumped out air that smelled off. Altogether atrocious.
