  We were delighted to find this hotel had an EV charger for our car, but amazed at the comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, full amenities and excellent price. Bravo!

  All 5s! Great location for our visit to the West Point area to golf and do the “tourist “ thing. Very friendly helpful staff. Room had a view of a lovely creek with small rapids . Free breakfast was a bit sparse on options but the food was good. Definitely recommend!

  Honestly, this is the first hotel in America I’ve stayed at that was in such poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, but the worst part was the musty smell. I think it’s because there was no ventilation in the room. You can open the window, but there’s no screen on it, and the air conditioner was missing one of its filters. It felt unpleasant and unhygienic to stay there. The grab bar in the bathroom is loose and comes off if you touch it — honestly dangerous. The bed headboards and mirrors were wiped with some kind of cloth that left streaks everywhere. The carpet was dirty, the walls were dirty, and there was a large amount of hair in the shower drain left from previous guests. I stayed in room 101. The positives: the view from the window was excellent. There was also pleasant music playing in the breakfast area. Breakfast itself was modest, but you can see the river from the window and even step out onto the terrace overlooking the river. Would I stay at this hotel again? No. If the air in the room isn’t ventilated properly, that’s unhealthy. And the level of dirtiness leaves a truly awful impression.

  Rooms were nice and big, at least he one we got was. We had a view of the creek that kept the rating high for that. The rooms need some upgrading and a little more TLC. The Jacuzzi had take on the co rollers. Not sure if there was issues or it this was because the controller was on the wall instead of in the tub. We were happy with the room we wwre gievn. The front desk staff was great for checkin and checkout. The breakfast was OK, until the staff brought out some bacon I asked for. Top notch o their part. They brought out about 10 pieces. We grabbed 3 for ourselves and another guest grabbed the remaining pieces before anyone else. Ha ha, nice of them, eh? Location was a little out if the way, but that is what we were looking for.
