  Jackie at the front desk was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very old and the hotel rates in this area are high for some reason. I just traveled from Toledo and stayed at a new well equipped suite for less than what Cheektowaga is charging. The room and bedding all seemed to be clean. Not a great value but the process are what they are so thankful for Jackie for the added discounts.

  This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. It looked like I stepped back into the 70's, the carpets throughout the hotel were filthy, the bed was sagging, the couch was drooping and the carpet next to the bed was wet. The bathroom was dated, I would not even take a shower. This hotel needs a major upgrade, very dissapointing.

  Misleading booking , pool wasn't open , the outlets in the room didn't work and the bathtub looked had rust on the bottom . Not to mention the bedside lamps didn't even work .

  This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The rooms were visibly dirty, with stained carpets and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, rushing us through check-in and giving us attitude whenever we asked simple questions. It felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. I would never recommend this place to anyone—save your money and stay elsewhere.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Above and Beyond! After two long international flights, my friend and I arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM, completely exhausted. As one of us uses a wheelchair, I had requested a ground-floor room with easy accessibility before our arrival. I was delighted to see that the hotel had carefully honored this request, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the air conditioning in our room was barely working. After such a long journey, and with another 10-hour international flight scheduled for the following day, getting a good night’s sleep was absolutely essential. This is where the hotel truly exceeded every expectation. The General Manager, Shaunna Diehl, personally took ownership of the problem. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely determined to find a solution. When it became clear that the issue could not be fixed immediately, she did something that is becoming increasingly rare these days: she kept her promise. Despite it being a Friday evening, Shaunna managed to arrange for a service technician to arrive at the hotel within about 30 minutes. The problem with the central air conditioning system was professionally repaired, and by around 9:30 PM our room was perfectly cool. Thanks to her dedication, we enjoyed an excellent night’s sleep before our long journey the next day. That level of commitment and customer care deserves special recognition. The hotel itself may not be the newest or most luxurious property, but it is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and offers outstanding value for money. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. While we weren’t expecting anything extraordinary, the selection was generous and fresh, including cereal, muffins, waffles, potatoes, coffee, juices, and several other breakfast items. It was an excellent way to start the day. The location is also very convenient—only about 15 minutes from Buffalo Niagara International Airport and a short drive from Niagara Falls. Free parking is another welcome bonus. What impressed us most was the integrity of the staff. Promises were made—and more importantly, they were kept. Finding a technician on a Friday night is not easy, yet Shaunna made it happen without hesitation. Our sincere thanks to Shaunna and the entire team for turning what could have been a frustrating evening into a wonderful experience. We would gladly stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service, excellent value, and people who genuinely care about their guests.
