  WARNING No parking you have to pay and walk two blocks for parking garage. They never clean the room. Stay away find another hotel. So disappointing never again.

  lets be honest, its a best western, but for a best western, its one of the best. we arrived way too early and staff graciously let us check in early, our keys did demagnetize like a thousand times but they still gave us extras every time. the beds were very comfortable, and for a room in nyc, it wasn’t even that small. bay ridge may not be the destination magnet that is manhattan, but it gave us an unforgettable view of the city, both with the brooklyn bridge present in the skyline, and the neighborhood’s historical architecture, landscape, and all around grounded, immigrant culture, which has really made brooklyn into what it is today.

  We stayed here for three nights, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived very early on the day of our check-in at 5am, and the staff was able to get us a room immediately. The breakfast was served from 7-10am. Down the street is an amazing coffee shop.

  The bed was absolutely horrible,,bathroom door are not closing good, bathroom fixture are broken, lounges are not accommodating, they packed all their stuff away, no water available for the guest to drink, no area to sit at all and to relax, they block the chairs for guest, only 4 chairs available to sit, it's the worst hotel we've been too, for the price,,and hopefully they will make some changes,,,
