  This hotel is disgusting. To start with the staff isn’t very helpful or friendly. It’s like talking to a wall. Upon entering the room there was a bad smell. There was a dirty hand print on the wall, a hole in my sheets, towels were stained. The shower was dirty. The top lock on the door was literally falling out and couldn’t be used at all. The hose in the toilet came undone and was spraying all over the bathroom, WE were able to fix it and went and told staff and i formed them of the water and asked for more towels they didn’t care at all. Overall not worth it do not stay here!

  I enjoyed my stay overall, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The main issue was noise from the room above, with a child jumping and running that made it difficult to relax at times. I would recommend requesting a second-floor room if possible. The breakfast had room for improvement as well. For guests looking for healthier choices, it would be wonderful to have more fresh fruit and nutritious options in addition to heavier choices like biscuits and gravy.

  Staff is really nice especialy lady in the front desk was helpful, cant remember her name.. After we checked in, we did not feel great in the room since the people next room make so much noise and play music.. The main problem is there is door between 2 units which makes you feel like you and someone else next to your room sharing same area.. I guess all the rooms are like that.. the lady on the front offered us another room - which is quite and we can sleep - when we were walking out and decided to go somewhere else after half an hour we checked in.. we took that room and thank to lady on the front.. I mean do not expect 5 star hotel enviroment but staff is nice, polite and kind... Parking lot is big, rooms seem clean wit no smell but they need to fix the sharing door problem.. I will try the breakfast in the morning, dont know yet..

  I would NOT recommend staying here! The employees were great and very understanding, but unfortunately, the room had a serious cockroach problem. My girlfriend and I went out to dinner and left our pizza on the entertainment stand next to the TV. We then left for a concert, and when we returned, we noticed several bugs crawling inside the pizza box. I immediately went to the front desk, and the woman working was very understanding. She offered to switch our room, but unfortunately, the hotel was sold out and they weren’t able to accommodate us. As we were trying to calm down and convince ourselves that maybe the bugs weren’t cockroaches, I saw another small bug come out of the AC vent. I told myself that it was probably nothing to worry about and that maybe leaving the pizza out had attracted them. Unfortunately, when we woke up the next morning, there was an adult cockroach on the wall above the lampshade. At that point, there was no question about what we were dealing with. I took pictures and videos and showed them to the front desk the following morning so they could be aware of the issue. They were apologetic and did provide us with a refund, which I appreciate. While I do want to acknowledge that the employees were kind and handled the situation as best they could, I absolutely do not recommend staying here. Finding multiple cockroaches in a hotel room is unacceptable, and I would not want anyone else to have the experience we did.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!! MOLD FEST. My husband filed a complaint with corporate with pictures and I filed a complaint with the Gennessee County Health department so this place can be investigated for mold. Read all the reviews and how many you see about mold. The person answering these Google reviews NEVER addresses the mold, it goes SEVEN YEARS BACK, AIR THIS PLACE OUT AND GET OUT THE MOLD. The rooms LOOK clean, but don't walk barefoot on the floor after a shower, your feet will get dirty. The mold was so bad we left early. I have asthma and I could not breathe. My husband doesn't have asthma and got cold like symptoms and then they cleared after we left. This place should be condemned. I wish I had read reviews instead of relying on just looking at the star ratings. THE BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM IS PAINTED OVER!! People that work there seem nice, but that doesn't fix the mold problems.
