  We stay at Best Western for a number of reasons. Many BWs allow dogs, and finding a place that our dog could sleep in the same room was easier, so we liked that. Not all BWs allow dogs, so you do need to check. We also like the BW app which we use to find a BW on the road. The app has options for room type, prices, and lists the amenities. We also like the points that do not expire. The BW in Mesquite, NV was really nice. All rooms have a door to outside.

  We booked a room online with hotels.com. When we arrived they were sold out and didn't have our room! The night lady on the front desk was very rude to us and not apologetic in fact she didn't care!!! I told her our credit card had been charged she said the only way it could be charged for a room there is if she charged it!! Please every hotel bills 3rd parties for the rooms they sold! She said the hotel didn't have a phone number for hotels.com and couldn't contact them! She was so unprofessional definitely not a hotel we will ever stay at and we go to Mesquite and stay often!!!

  10/10 experience at this Best Western. Everything was so clean! Shout out to the staff for working so hard, you can tell they put so much effort into making it clean, welcome and inviting. The pool was refreshing and a ton of fun, breakfast was delicious, and the beds are so comfy! If you are driving through Mesquite, this is a great place to stop. Thanks Best Western!

  Actually a pretty clean, nice motel. I did have few issues that bothered me: The toilet is too low. It’s very noisy in the morning: maids squeaky carts rumbling back and forth, very loud leaf blower and raking right outside the doors, and maids chattering outside the door. Sleeping in is impossible with all the racket. Other than those things, I would say the room was pleasant enough.
