  These folks put are the definition of hospitable. We arrived in a panic after a diverted flight and were absolutely in shambles. Shelley helped us get our matters in order with beds, etc. Shaun was a blessing in the morning with his kindness and advice in the morning. Very rare to find sincere hosts these days. They were amazing.

  If I could leave zero stars I would! We had to rush down from California to see our grandmother on her deathbed and after driving through the night ended up finding the best Western topaz on Expedia check-in was no sooner than three. We got there at 11:30 to midnight and no one was there to accept our visit. I knocked and the entire bottom floor was wide open to walk-through with no one around to help we had to stay the night in our vehicle with our 8 year old. when I tried to get my money back the topaz best western refused. They set up their customers for failure and refused to give refunds when they are not available to receive People checking in! I never write bad reviews so this should hopefully help some people make a decision about not going to the best western in topaz Lake Nevada

  I’d definitely visit again , Rms are Very Spacious plenty of room for us and our Pugs to move around.

  Shirley and her husband were very friendly and helpful! Our family came up to Topaz Lake for a wedding and realized we had to bring our four dogs. The dog accommodations were very convenient (do make sure you call and let them know about your pets because they only have limited rooms that are pet friendly). We loved the view and the quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was a very welcome bonus. So yummy! The rooms were clean and spacious. The grounds were pretty and well kept. And the parking was easy and convenient. Oh! The water pressure and softness was perfect in the shower! We had a great time!
