  Beds were ok, but the floor looked like it hadn't ever been professionally cleaned (other than with a vacuum), behind the chair in the corner was pretty gross. Breakfast was subppar. Noise through walls was substantial, not much too them. Price was high. Pool was empty. Won't be back, wouldn't recommend.

  Was very hesitant after reading reviews but overall ok stay. Do beware that they seem to have some sort of maintenance issue - pool and hot tub were out of commission, water feature outside was broken, and 2 ice machines were out of order along with the guest washing machines. Our room, while dated and with dirty looking carpet and badly peeling tub, was very clean otherwise. The bedding was fresh though fraying, and beds were neatly made and very comfortable, with cold A/C blasting throughout. We had breakfast around 7:45 - there was a nice spread including a yogurt dispenser, hard boiled eggs, sausages and 2 kinds of scrambled eggs, french toast sticks, waffle maker, muffins, bread for toast, and even gluten free bread. Also available was hot and cold cereal with dairy free milk options, and plenty of topping choices for your bread/waffles/french toast, along with other things like juice, coffee, and such. Would we stay here again? Probably not. But was it a solid night's stay? Absolutely.

  Not the worst Best Western I’ve been in. Rooms were dated but clean, the AC was cold and the location is good. There was an issue with check in but the employee was professional and fixed it quickly.

  At check-in, it took 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the desk. Like the desk was actually empty. I tried to call and no one answered the phone and I just stood there for 10 minutes. Then some of the main reasons we booked – the pool was broken. No heater water was 68°, which is unswimable. We needed to do laundry because we were on a road trip and both laundry machines were out of order. The ice machine was broken. The fitness room was out of order. Literally nothing worked that was advertised. When we brought it up with the person at the desk, they just shrugged and handed as a manager card and told us to call on Monday. Worst hotel I’ve ever stated and worst customer service.

  I should have trusted the other reviews on here. It isn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, but definitely not worth the price. It’s very outdated, the breakfast had minimal options, and it just felt dirty. Next time we pass through Elko we’ll stay somewhere else.
