  While this hotel was mostly average with the basic things, one thing I would like to say is that the options for the breakfast were limited. It wasn’t bad by any means but it could have had more variety. This accommodation was also easy to find as we were traveling home and the staff were polite and friendly. As a side note the way to turn on the shower is very weird and requires some pulling on the knob. Also, the Internet didn’t work. If you are staying overnight on the way to another destination, this place is an option for you.

  The bathroom was dirty and had hair in the tub, the clock and hairdryer and tv didnt work, the internet didnt work, the hot tub was cold, and the pool was dirty. The room keys stopped working multiple times and the vending machine in the hall didnt work. Would not recommend staying here.

  Do yourself a favor, don't stay at this hotel, it doesn't maintain Best Western standards. Other great options in Elko. My sheets were torn, wash cloths & hand towels were a dingy gray, my bath towel had bare spots. They say breakfast was available till 10am, I arrived at 8am, no biscuits, the only bread available was a single healthy, I did get some watery eggs & some bacon bits. A guest in the dining room noticed me looking and told me if I wanted a decent breakfast selection, set your alarm for 6am, get some food then heat it up in your room when you're ready to eat, they learned that after the 2nd night.

  The size of the rooms was nice. They were spacious and clean. The TV wasn’t connected to watch anything so that was a bummer. The hotel wasn’t set up to service at high capacity. We were there 3 mornings and breakfast was never fully stocked. They ran out of milk, eggs, meat, muffins, waffle mix etc. Just because it says they serve breakfast until 9, definitely does not mean there will be any food to eat. The ice makers didn’t work properly. Overall we were disappointed with the service that was given for the price we paid to stay.

  This is the Worst Best Western in a 2 week trip of going to Best Westerns primarily. They are renovating and the smell of chemicals was in the parking lot. It got worse in the Lobby. When doing renovations it is best to put that on the website. It is not. The poor young Lady in the lobby has to sit in the stink with no fan blowing it away. This is a toxic environment. I tried to stay, but I need to have all my brain cells working tomorrow. Please let the public now when you are doing this kind of extensive work. It makes a BIG difference. I have heard folks say "not all best Westerns are the same" Now I know this to be true. Disappointed on my way home. 12th day of a 14 day journey.
