  Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Great location with nearby dining and quick access to the train. Everything was clean and well maintained, rooms were nice, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast everyday.

  I highly recommend this hotel. It made a very good impression on me from the start. Everything was well organized, and the hotel was very clean. You can see that they care about the details and the comfort of guests. The style and atmosphere were exactly what I like, so I felt really good during my stay. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others who like clean and well-organized places.

  Check in was easy and staff and breakfast was great for a free breakfast. However, the entire second floor of the hotel smells like a senior center/urine and the beds were dented from overuse and overly soft.

  I’ve been coming to NJ to visit a doctor and staying at the Westfield Inn for over ten years now. The hotel has always been nice and a great place to stay, but the new management team, led by Mrs. Dorota, is fantastic. They are always very accommodating and provide outstanding customer service. On top of the renovations and clean rooms, the breakfast is always great! I highly recommend staying at the Westfield Inn anytime you’re visiting Westfield, NJ!

  The Polish(??) lady at the front desk is not welcoming and rude. The room was nice, although it was noisy. They also charged the wrong card. The location is good, but I wouldn't stay there again.
