Total Breakdown of Service, Unresponsive Staff & Dishonest Management
Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. Our stay here was completely unserviceable due to a total lack of running hot water…a basic necessity for any hotel accommodation.
What has been even worse is how management handled the aftermath over the past weeks:
- Zero Resolution On-Site: We reported the lack of hot water during our stay, but the issue was never fixed, nor were we offered an acceptable alternative.
- Ignored Communication: Following our stay, we reached out directly to property management to resolve the matter fairly. Emails were ignored, phone calls went unreturned, and management refused to engage in good-faith communication.
- Active Misrepresentation: When Expedia contacted the property on our behalf to request a refund, the front desk manager explicitly lied to the representative, claiming that "no complaint logs were raised during the stay."
I have time-stamped email records proving we raised the issue immediately.
A facility failure is bad enough, but actively lying to a third-party platform to block a customer's refund and dodging basic accountability demonstrates severe bad faith. We have officially escalated this issue.
Avoid this property at all costs.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY THIS ISNT THE PLACE FOR YOU...
Housekeeping left food in the fridge, hairs in the shower and the ac/heating unit in the second bedroom is temperamental, come on and off as it wishes.
The big issue for us was we only had the suit for 2 nights, after the first night we left for a family event, housekeeping took it upon themselves to enter our room WITHOUT PERMISSION we didn't leave a tag on the door or ask the front desk for this service!! our personal belongings where handled and moved by housekeeping, my grandmothers purse and medication was where png sensitive items to be moved! Management don't seem to care they violated our privacy or the law.
Stayed August 19-20 2026. Would NOT stay here again. The good first: Bathroom and towels were clean. My room on the second floor smelled alright. I had to move from a first floor room near the pool because the small was awful, smelled moldy like they had just cleaned out a flood. The smell was so bad it made me nauseous. Luckily the front desk lady was accommodating and moved us to the second floor. BAD: No amenities worked: Indoor pool was closed; Hot tub was closed; Restaurant was closed; Parking under construction; Water in shower ran cold for at least 8 minutes until it became warm: Terrible soundproofing - could hear kid running around in room above for hours; bedside alarm clock did not work and the cord was disgusting covered in some for of dust/mold - gross. The room itself seemed clean (no overpowering smell of fake spray) but management put really dim bulbs in fixtures so very difficult to see if it is actually clean. The management is not mainting the property. I do NOT RECOMMEND to stay here. With no functioning amenities they should note this on their website.

This is an older hotel. Nice rooms, clean and very friendly service. The front desk needs adjustments
I called the front desk for an internet issue, the attendant lady just told me that is not her problem and hanged up on me. Practically unacceptable band no internet working.
I initially had a good impression, now, sorry but I cannot accept this bad treatment in a hotel.

1-Star Review
Our stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences our family has ever had. The most basic expectation when paying for accommodations is access to hot water. Throughout our stay, there was no hot water, making it impossible to shower comfortably after long days of travel.
Even more concerning is what the lack of hot water raises about cleanliness. Without hot water, guests are left questioning whether bedding and towels are being properly washed and sanitized. Clean linens are a fundamental expectation at any hotel, and the inability to properly launder them creates serious concerns about guest health, hygiene, and safety.
What made the experience even more frustrating was management’s response. Rather than taking full responsibility for such a significant failure in providing a basic service, they attempted to negotiate the value of our inconvenience by offering only a partial refund. The absence of hot water is not a minor amenity issue—it affects every aspect of a guest’s stay, from personal hygiene and comfort to confidence in the cleanliness of the hotel itself.
When guests spend thousands of dollars expecting a comfortable and sanitary experience, they should not have to bargain for fair compensation after the hotel fails to provide one of its most essential services. Customer service should focus on making things right, not negotiating what level of inconvenience is acceptable.
I sincerely hope corporate leadership is aware of how situations like this are being handled. No guest should have to question whether their towels and bedding were properly cleaned or spend their vacation dealing with issues that should never have occurred.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Until they address both the maintenance issues and the way management handles legitimate guest concerns, I would encourage others to consider staying elsewhere
