    Booked 2 night here for work and was pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. The continental breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, a waffle iron to make your own waffles along with many other options. Quiet location just out of busy city and close to airport.

    I had booked on behalf of my company for 3 umpires for an event we were running. I made the reservations over the phone to make sure that the reservations themselves were done correctly and didn't have an error on my end. Booked two different rooms with 2 people arriving on a Friday (6/5) and checking out on a Sunday (6/7), and the 3rd person was checking in on Saturday (6/6) and checking out on Sunday (6/7). I completed a CC authorization form with all the details including the confirmation number. When I called on Monday morning June 8th (the very next day after check out) to get the receipts for my expense reports, I was told that one of the charges was for a no show so there was no receipt, and that the name on room with a no show was in my name and that I did not show. Which I know my 3 employees did show up and stayed, which means instead of putting the 1 person on Saturday in their own room, they were put in the room with the other two and we got charged for a hotel room that no one stayed in. The front desk employee on the phone was really nice and said she would send this over to her manager to look into and they would follow up. I heard nothing for over a week and I called again on Monday June15th inquiring again. I was told management would call me back. Which they did on Monday but I missed the call due to a meeting and they didn't leave any message. I called back again to speak to the manager on duty 3 more times that week to follow up and was told management would be calling back but have yet to hear anything from them again. It's been a rather frustrating experience which is a bummer for us because we use Best Western a lot for our company when we run events. I will say the 4 people I spoke to at the front desk were fantastic on the phone trying to help, unfortunately my issue is management which I know is busy but we are on week 2 and still no communication even with many messages left.

    I recently stayed at this hotel during a soccer tournament and was extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. We booked a larger suite that included a pull-out bed, but upon arrival there were no extra pillows or blankets available. After requesting them, we were told that due to a busy weekend there was only one pillow left, which was delivered without a pillowcase. When I asked for one, the response I received was surprisingly dismissive. The issues continued throughout our stay. Multiple calls to the front desk went unanswered, and requests for toilet paper, clean towels, and housekeeping were repeatedly ignored. At one point, I was told staff had not serviced our room because of a “Do Not Disturb” sign that was never on our door. Rather than taking accountability, staff consistently offered excuses and ultimately instructed me to come downstairs and collect basic necessities myself. During our stay, our trash was never removed, towels were never replaced, and we had to repeatedly request essential supplies. What was most disappointing was not just the lack of service, but the lack of ownership and professionalism from the front desk staff when concerns were raised. I also heard similar complaints from several other families staying at the hotel for the tournament. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again and will be recommending that our team consider alternative accommodations for future events.

    I stayed at the Best Western in Manchester, NH in early April. Early in the morning, I was woken by the sound of someone attempting to enter the room. He tried the door several times and yelled at me to open the door. Looking out the peephole, he appeared to be disheveled and had a suitcase with him. I refused and explained that the room was occupied and he said "I know! Let me in." When I called the front desk to express my concern, they said that they were already aware of the situation, that it was a hotel employee trying to find a spot to sleep, and then hung up on me. It was extremely weird and didn't feel safe. I would encourage finding somewhere else to sleep if you're in the area.

    My stay at the Best Western Conference Center in Manchester, NH was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel advertises amenities that are either unavailable or misleadingly presented. We were initially told there was no hot tub despite it being advertised, only to later learn it does exist behind an employees-only door. The arcade was also closed and unusable until after I complained to corporate, when it suddenly reopened. The property itself appears poorly maintained, with visible water damage and hallway floors that buckle under your feet. Things became completely chaotic during a large birthday party held on the property. Non-guests were entering the pool area, dirt bikes were being ridden around the property and even brought onto the pool deck, and there were dogs, food, and drinks in the pool area despite clear signs prohibiting all of it. Children were also riding dirt bikes and later playing hide-and-seek unsupervised in the parking lot, creating an unsafe environment for guests. Management handled the situation extremely poorly. After I complained to corporate, the manager repeatedly gave my mother and me dirty looks during the remainder of our stay. I also witnessed behavior from management that I found highly unprofessional during the party. To make matters worse, my room keys suddenly stopped working after I reported issues to corporate, and I spent about 45 minutes trying to get new keys made while my cat was trapped alone in the room crying. On our final night, children were running through the halls slamming on doors, which terrified my cat and caused her to hide under the bed for hours. Housekeeping was also unhelpful, often directing us back to the front desk for even basic requests like towels. Corporate refused to relocate us, change our room, compensate us, or refund us if we left early. I was also overcharged in pet fees for my 6-pound cat. Overall, this hotel felt chaotic, poorly managed, and completely lacking in professionalism. I will not be returning.
