  This place is very very nice and I can recommend it highly. We check out tomorrow, it's very clean, quiet, wonderful bathrooms, and close to Hampton Beach. We definitely will be back

  Older hotel.. old rugs.. furniture.. cracked sinks.. etc.. Staff was very nice.. Location is good.. right off highway They just need to get out of the 80s and update and replace broken items furniture.. rugs etc Value.. for room a tad high but its the area of portsmouth..

  I used Best Wester before, but this hotel is not well maintained. The breakfast room is dirty, the carpet was dirty and one chair that tried to sit on was dirty by some sticky liquid (I believe it was some syrup that someone dropped on the chair). There is a wired smell close to the area where is the ice machine. I believe the smell comes from the carpet in that area that looked like it wasn’t vacuumed for some time. Another issue is that one on towel had some stains. I am not sure if the stains were from blood or something rusty, but it was disgusting. How can provide such a towel to your customers…?

  Upon arrival at the hotel the staff was friendly and welcoming. They provided info about the amenities. The room was quiet, sunny, and clean. There was plenty of closet space, the room and bathroom were clean. The location of the hotel was near the highway and only 5 miles away from the Hamptons beach strip. The breakfast was delicious and they had a wide variety of foods. They had real breakfast not just cereal.The staff/chef member Junior C. was an absolute delight. He was very helpful, kind, and very polite. He is a hard worker who was open to assisting however possible. Best of all.it is walking distance to a plaza with lots of stores. 25 minutes drive to the outlets in Maine. The gym was clean and accessible. The pool was on the smaller side but clean and had warm water. Overall I recommend a stay here.

  We had a quick overnight stay while at the seacoast for a concert and I have no complaints whatsoever. Our room was clean, spacious, and updated. I would stay here again for sure if back in the area.
