Best accommodation we stayed at and we had been traveling for a month! Rooms were clean and fresh. Everyone was friendly, even the manager, Carol Broer. Greeted warmly and recognized as a Best Western member. Breakfast was superb, even offered options for gluten and other food sensitivities! Breakfast room was large and clean. The location was perfect. Rooms were clean and welcoming. Arrived late with no problem. Would definitely stay again at this place outside of Omaha, NE. Best Western Plus is the way to go.

I'll start with the not so good. Furniture in the rooms could definitely use an upgrade as well as the bathroom sink/vanity area. Provided soap, shampoo and conditioner, are awful. And it was frustrating that one of the elevators was out of order. Now for the good, regardless of the downfalls, anytime we come back to the area, this is still the hotel my family would choose to stay at time and time again. All of the staff we encountered was AMAZING!! Especially Ana and Alizbeth! There were 2 other front desk gals that I encountered that could learn to smile but both were still helpful. The pool area was a huge hit with our kiddos and provided hours of fun for our whole family while allowing us all to make new friends. I, personally love that there is also an outside patio/sun deck for the tanners to enjoy as well as a hot tub. So, bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner, pay no attention to the furniture that may have some rough edges and your family will love this place too!! And be on the look out for Ana and Alizbeth because I can't give either of them enough praise for such a job well done!!
During our visit, hotel has/had very poor front desk customer service, particularly from a woman named Santos, who demonstrated an unprofessional attitude both over the phone and in person. Later, when our key cards stopped working, she was still at the front desk, her response was, “Who ever checked you in put you in the wrong rooms, augh.” I reminded her that she was the one who had checked us in earlier; she simply stared and reprogrammed cards.
The hotel itself is okay. During our stay, the rooms were old but decent, and the beds were fairly large. However, better maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience for anyone that stays here.
We also, visited the pool area, unfortunately very dirty bottom with debris, rocks, and slimy patches. The surrounding outdoor area was also unclean and muddy.
Breakfast was American‑style, well prepared, we did enjoy it.
Overall, our stay was okay.

As a Best Western Rewards member and a CLC lodging customer, I was disappointed with my experience. I’ve stayed at this location before and have been accommodated with early check-in. After being on the road all week as a truck driver, I arrived at 2:00 p.m. hoping to check in just one hour early.
The front desk associate, an older Latina woman, told me there were no rooms available because the hotel had been full the night before and housekeeping was still cleaning. I understand that hotels can be busy, but with checkout at noon and standard check-in at 3:00 p.m., it’s hard to believe that not a single room was ready by 2:00 p.m.
I wasn’t expecting special treatment—just a little consideration for a loyal member and returning guest. A little flexibility and better customer service would have made a big difference.

My sister and I just stayed here with our children for 4 nights and it was not a great experience. The cons far outweighed the pros.
Pros: the waffles were really good, if you have children the pool is perfect (only 3 feet at the deepest), and they have a water bottle filling station. That's about it 😅
Cons: the wifi sucked! It wouldn't even stay connected to my phone. The toilet needed to be fixed. It would only flush if you held it down for just the right amount of time and then lifted it. My sister's shower and AC united needed to be fixed while we were there. The woman who worked at the front desk, who of course wasn't wearing a name tag, was incredibly rude. Barely even acknowledged people when they walked up. Only one elevator was working. The hallways and elevator do not have AC so it was miserable waiting for the elevator. The bathrooms were super dirty. The housekeepers walked into my sister's room to clean before it was even time to check out and ended up walking in on her in the bathroom. I honestly could probably go on and on, but hopefully you get the picture. Would not recommend staying here.
