  Bought via a 3rd party wanting swim, they did not advertise that the pool was out of service, they refused to refund us, and hung up on us when we called to request a refund a 2nd time.

  The staff was very nice. I think the rooms could use a little update but where nice. Plenty of amenities.

  Meh. Not really a "best" western. Note: granola in the container had solidified into a block. Probably hadn't been changed in months. Yikes!
