  Our room was immaculate and the service all around was so very accommodating. Tammy was extremely helpful and generous with booking our room and rescheduling dates. She was a doll- so kind, warm and welcoming to us. One of the cleaning ladies was so sweet to help us open our door on the 3rd floor with arms full yesterday. The continental breakfast was more than expected and so delicious. Stephy was an absolute gem and such a sweetheart. Her service was beyond measure and she wears her heart on her sleeve; absolutely deserves a promotion and a raise! Thank you all!

  Clean, good sized room with plenty of space. The room did have a noticeable bleach and musty smell, which was a little unpleasant. On the plus side, it was quiet, the temperature control worked well, and the shower had plenty of hot water. It’s also conveniently close to the beach. One downside is that it can be difficult to leave the parking lot when Costco traffic is heavy.

  We stayed six nights and the check-in was easy and the staff was exceptionally friendly and gave us a complementary book on Wilmington, North Carolina and complementary waters. Anytime I needed something or had a question. They were very helpful. I can honestly say this is the first place that I’ve stayed at that I haven’t smelt marijuana, which was wonderful!! The pool area was very nice. They had towels available down there for you. Met some really nice people!! I would highly recommend the Best Western at Wilmington/Wrightsville!!

  We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern the property was! We loved our room! The bed was comfortable and room was clean and well appointed. The decor was nice and the bathroom was very clean! Breakfast was really GOOD! It was hot and our host Stephy was wonderful! She was helpful and kept options stocked. The dining area was very nice and clean. Thank you for great service. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

  Best Western Plus exceeded my expectations with the service given by the staff. Breakfast Attendant Ms. Stephy did an amazing job with the breakfast bar. The food was hot and delicious. The bar never ran low of items. However the best part of the breakfast was Ms. Steph herself! She greeted guests with a big smile and “Good Morning “ Anything that was needed Ms Steph accommodated. Small conversations from Ms. Stephy made guests feel “seen” and appreciated. The most important touch is the human touch. Ms. Stephy gives the “human touch “ to travelers like me. Thank you Ms. Stephy.
