  Booked room online and had a nice hotel room. Service when checking in on Friday night was exceptional. Said water would be off for an hour around 10am. So we left and went and did some shopping and other things. Came back round 1:30, was told water will be off til 5. Was told by staff today that they had no way of contacting my wife to give her an update. Im sorry but if you have no water in the room, then how are your guests suposed to use the bathroom, shower, or get ready for bed or travels the next day? They say it was routine maintenance; but when you own a hospitality place for travelers to stay, then you should be able to have repairs done during the week and not on weekend. You should tell your customers that you have another property that you could of accomidated them at. Close the office and let people know that your doing work to your establishment. I have stayed here every weekend all summer long and honestly was here when the other owners were here and miss them so much. They did things extremely different, pool used to stay open til 10pm every night instead of 9pm. When you clean the hotel room, please take all sheets and mattress pad covers and wash them. Please clean all floors to where when you get out of the shower, that you actually still have clean feet instead of dirty feet (feet were black), when trying to get dressed. Please make sure you have extra towels and wash clothes available for guests if they need them. Please fix the way you treat people and the way you do business.

  I booked a no smoking room and when I got into my room it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, when I went to the lobby and asked to be relocated to a different room, I was told there were no other rooms available. The bathroom had real bad and obvious mold. I would not stay here again.... They have not right rating this location a three star...

  This hotel has the potential to be great— it is convenient, cheap, and has a lovely courtyard, pool, and pool area. However, on this visit, when we tried to swim, we were told the pool was closed with no explanation. No one mentioned this in check in, there was no sign, and the person who made us leave could give no reason. Additionally, the rooms close to the road are very loud. The people in the room next to us had the tv blaring the whole night. This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but their low prices attract a certain type of clientele. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. If they were to give the whole place a glow up, including the parking lot, and be honest about whether there is a pool, it could be really nice. This trip was a huge disappointment though.

  I travel a lot. Upper end Hotels are not my thing. They are nice but not something I reach for. THIS Hotel is really good for the price. It's clean, it's quiet, the staff are pleasant and accommodating. The landscaping is nice. The room is clean as it should be and everything works. If you like a nice midrange priced Hotel and you are realistic you will love this Hotel like I do.
