  Stayed there from 06/07-14/2026.Solo motorcycle sightseeing senior touring from FL. Rode the Tail of the Dragon and way more in the area from the Inn. The Inn is popular for regular people and motorcyclists (not loud pipes mostly, you can sleep in!). Owner AJ and his wife, Ashley are great hosts. All the staff are attentive and friendly. A nice plus, if you are on a motorcycle, they have towels at the front desk specifically for bug wipe down. Not saying you should do a full grime/grease bike clean, but a bug off touch up, sure. The rooms are clean. For the shower, good pressure on the rainhead. One has to sidewise twist the handle a bit and pull straight back to get the water to flow, then back and forth to adjust temp. I am wary of hotel pools ( sometime ya get a petri dish vibe, yanno?), I asked, They have a service that comes 4x a week to check and service the pool. After a hot day ride, the pool was refreshing. Shower 1st before using the pool! Breakfast, ok, it's not a Michelin 5 star, but good; scrambled eggs (bag boil or equivalent, sausage patties, biscuits (nice and soft), milk style gravy, 4 mini waffle station, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Not all B/W's have this many options. To be honest and I know its economics, the hot items don't change. Some B/W's change to mini omelets or phony looking hard fried eggs (can make a egg sausage biscuit, lol). Still, it's included w/the room. New visitor caveat. during the week every bar and restaurant closes at 9PM

  It was actually a good spot to stay and great location, about 1 minute from the fair ground. Also we were able to check in early. Will definitely book again when we come back to the SMOKIES!

  Listen, for a Best Western, older set up, in the mountains, it was AWESOME! The housekeepers, breakfast lady, and front desk are all extremely respectful and helpful, the breakfast was solid, and the view was great. The room was exceptionally clean, and I looked thoroughly for bugs, did not find a single one. HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Thanks guys!

  Stayed there from 5/14-5/17 to ride our motorcycles. The rooms was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We checked in on Thursday and a friend checked in on Friday, I asked what was the earliest my buddy could check in on Friday and the gentleman told me he would have the room cleaned 1st thing in the morning. I've heard this before, he called me before 10am Friday morning and told me the room was ready and waiting for my buddy. Now that's great service to remember me with all the people that checked in that night. Our bed could've been a little softer but you can't expect them to please everyone when it comes to a bed. We will definitely be staying there again and again!
