  Rooms are clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and property extremely clean. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we were unable to use the pool, but it was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

  I really hate to post a negative review, but when businesses misrepresent what you’re getting they don’t leave you much choice. You should know the photos of the rooms listed are, at best, one very remodeled example or, at worst, AI generated. The actual rooms are very old, dated, and look absolutely nothing like the pictures. The hotel is very old and weathered, and I’d highly advise either going to the Hilton for just a fraction of the price more, or saving half of your money and going to the Red Roof, as this is pretty much the same quality.

  @searmolarimorena Pasamos dos noches en este alojamiento y en líneas generales todo correcto, pero con algunos matices. Las habitaciones están reformadas y las camas son muy cómodas, cosa que se agradece enormemente. El baño es amplio y un dato curioso, dentro tiene una pequeña “cafetera” que hace algo parecido a un café. La ropa de cama y las toallas eran de buena calidad. El hotel ofrece desayuno de cortesía bastante completo. Desde opciones saladas, como sandwich de jamón y queso hasta distintos tipos de cereales y frutas, repostería, también puedes hacerte tu propio gofre, hay tés y cafés varios, etc. Todo servido en utensilios de usar y tirar para que el propio cliente se sirva y deseche una vez terminado. Otra dato positivo es que tiene parking gratuito en la misma puerta del hotel, con bastantes plazas. La ubicación está bien, se encuentra en la zona de los hoteles de Hickory, junto a la carretera. Cosas a mejorar: - El aparato del aire acondicionado fue imposible ponerlo mientras dormíamos porque hacía bastante ruido, menos mal que no aún hacía mucho calor y pudimos pasar las noches bien. - El desagüe de la ducha estaba atrancado y tuvimos que limpiarlo porque el agua se quedó estancada en la bañera. - La habitación que nos dieron estaba ubicada en un ala del hotel que no disponía de ascensor y tuvimos que subir a pulso todas las maletas (menos mal que solo fue un piso). Pero este dato lo tenían que haber avisado cuando hicimos la reserva. Aún así, es un hotel bastante recomendable por su relación calidad-precio.

  The staff was very polite, courteous, and professional. Rooms very clean and OMG one of the best showers. Highly recommend. We will be staying there again.

  John at the front desk is great, so are all the staff we interacted with. But this doesn't seem like BW plus location. No indoor swimming pool (outside) no spa/ hot tub, breakfast is pre-made sandwiches, not buffet style eggs, sausage or bacon good fruit salad, new every day and other high carb options. Price is just as high as better BW's I've stayed at. Clean, great people, nice but not what I'd expect from BW.
