  Staff was great; aside from us being locked out of our rooms on the second night for no reason... allegedly the locks on our doors were reset when housekeeping was in our rooms, but at least in mine, there was no sign of them having been in the room. Old towels were not picked up, no new sheets and bed wasn't made. Beds were uncomfortable, and it was difficult to get comfortable enough to stay asleep, and the pillows seemed more like throw pillows than actual bed pillows. Breakfast was... okay. Typical fare, but nothing impressive. The uninvited guest in the form of a roach on my first night was also an unpleasant experience.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Favorite Hotel in Hendersonville! The Best Western in Hendersonville, NC, is truly one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and there is a reason we keep coming back! What makes this hotel special is the people. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely makes us feel at home. Great customer service can make all the difference when traveling, and this team gets it right every time. And the breakfast is absolutely the best! It is something we look forward to whenever we stay here. The quality, selection, and care that goes into it really sets this hotel apart. We have stayed here multiple times, and honestly, we come back because of how well we are treated. When you find a place where the people make you feel welcome and appreciated, you remember it. If you are traveling through Hendersonville, NC, we highly recommend staying here. Five stars from us, and we will definitely be back!

  My stay at the Best Western in Hendersonville, North Carolina was excellent. They have the most professional and well maintained. Extremities of any hotel around the process are reasonable and they are willing to work with you. If you need help Stephanie, one of the workers that worked on Sunday, the 30th through Monday, the 31st Was by far the best receptionist that I have yet to come across considering that she will go out of her way to make sure that the guest is comfortable

  We stayed here for a quick getaway from Sunday August 23-Tuesday August 25, 2026. It's been a couple years since we've been back to the Chimney Rock area and we hadn't been since Helene came through and I finally got 3 days off work so we took advantage! This was the closest place I could find to Chimney Rock that allowed dogs without a super high pet deposit and didn't cost $150+ per night. I wasn't expecting the Holiday Inn but after seeing reviews about the rooms being dirty, etc I was honestly surprised! Our room was very clean- the beds, floors, bathroom and everything was spotless. The pool was sparkling and clean, too! The lady working at the front desk was AWESOME 🙌 I wish I'd have gotten her name because I talked with her multiple times and she was just great! I know she has red hair and was wearing one of those pink tattoo chokers. I loved her! The free breakfast was DELICIOUS and they serve it until 10am instead of stopping at 9am like most other places I've stayed that have free breakfast. Also, their check out time is noon!! A whole extra hour that I can sleep in before the rush of getting up, packing everything, straightening the room back up and getting everybody out! I LOVED that feature 🙌💜 My literal only complaint is that the beds are definitely on the harder side, that's a FIRM mattress! Everything else was great!

  THIS HOTEL IS AMAZING HOME TOWN WONDERFUL. The service is friendly and always ready to help any way possible. The staff is constantly painting and repairing and cleaning. Thy also just received a truck load of new mattress. This Best Western takes pride in their property and cares for their patrons. I would not stay anywhere else when I am in town!
