  Leaving this place after having nowhere else to stay. My legs are covered in bites. Just hope I don’t bring the bed bugs back home to my kids. When I told the staff, they simply said sorry and had nothing else for me despite the sign on their wall saying “Somethint Wrong? We want to make it right!”

  This Hotel is awful . It smells as soon as you walk in . My swamp cooler in my room was blowing out a strong mold Oder . I had to checkout immediately. Wouldn’t stay there if it was free.

  I think this hotel has awesome service an awesome breakfast in the staff is very friendly kind and understanding. I have enjoyed my stay here even though I’ve been sick most of the time that I’ve been here they have adapted to my needs and far exceed my expectations wonderful place to stay.

  I really wish I could give zero stars. After a long drive from upstate NY got a room in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Was charged double for the room because I got a double bed room. Beds are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Feels like your sleeping on the ground. The quality of the pillows and sheets are subpar at best. I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone staying here. Staff prays on people from out of town and screws them over on pricing. Updated response to your response to my complaint. You never spoke to me on the phone you spoke with a family member and you were very rude and passive aggressive. Never offered a solution to this issue. AGAIN WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. reporting to the BBB.
