  Decided to stay here because of their great reviews and mainly for the 24/7 shuttle they said they offered. To be fair the room was comfortable and nice, but it was right next to the pool and made it impossible to rest in the evening as it was very busy with people diving and being loud. The airport shuttle was also not offered, which was the main annoying thing as I had an early flight and really don't like having to take a Uber / cab at 4am. I asked for a refund for my trips and they were not able to offer that, only said they would give me points or a 'free meal' of unspecified value. Good for families, would stay away if you are a solo traveller. Wish I'd stay at the Comfort Inn across the road, would have save $250 dollars and most likely have a much more peaceful time.

  The room felt like it was designed by the same people who designed hostile architecture. Everything about the room was uncomfortable. The bed was too big for the space it was in, and you had to turn sideways and shimmy along the wall to get into the bed. Once there, it felt like a 15-year-old Budget spring mattress and was hard as a rock. It was quite simply the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on in my life. There were four pillows on the bed, but each of the pillows was half-size. The couch was overly firm, and the back was hard as a rock. The table had two different-style chairs, neither of which was pleasant to sit in. There is one elevator for the entire hotel and if you were in the wrong section, you have to walk the entire length twice to get to your room. The road to the back of the hotel claims to be two directions, but is clearly a single lane road with a blind corner. Oh, and neither of the two remotes that were in the room worked entirely for the two televisions. One would turn the TV on and off and control the volume, but you had to use the second remote to change channels and vice versa with the other TV that was in the bedroom area. The staff were friendly. The location is convenient and the restaurant was more than decent, but I would never stay here again even if you paid me.

  Stayed 3 nights here while helping our son move into a new house. Everything from check in to check out was over the top amazing. It’s the staff that really stands out here. The bartenders were friendly and very talkative. Craig behind the bar in the morning was the best. He’s been there for 22 years. That’s a long time so the management must be doing something right. One bartender for 23 years and the other we really liked, for 8 years. This says a lot! All the servers were great and took great care of us. Front desk team also, couldn’t have been better! Super friendly and always greeted us! Kudos to the GM and the entire team here. We’ll be back for a visit in the fall and will be staying here again! Oh, and the food was top notch!!
