  No breakfast without additional cost. Misleading staff did not make it clean breakfast was an additional cost in a restaurant. No room service menu in the room

  *BUYER BEWARE* When traveling from another state, and booking online for a late arrival weeks in advance. You will pay $360 a night for the most unwanted, interior room that faces either over a pool (your only window view) or even worse, a patio sliding door (yes, like a residential home) on to an interior courtroom where folks are simply hanging out next to your space with a sheer curtain separating you. And before you ask, that's your only view as well. The reason I am warning anyone, is be cause I paid top dollar. These rooms are not considered less money to stay in. Perhaps they believe a side of claustrophobia & unsettled amount of safety fears is a perk? I asked and this was their reply; I’m truly sorry that your stay did not feel worth the price you paid. I completely understand your frustration, especially with the room location. You had booked our basic inside-facing king room online, and unfortunately, we were at full capacity due to the football weekend and were unable to move you to one of our outside-facing rooms. We do have more comfortable and private room locations available, and I’m sorry we weren’t able to offer one during your stay. All of our rooms do have blackout curtains, though I certainly understand that this doesn’t address all of your concerns. I’d really appreciate the opportunity to personally assist with your next stay and make sure we find a room that is a much better fit for you. I was traveling with two other people and specifically booked a room with two queens. And I don’t remember there being an option for an interior vs outside room. And why wouldn’t the interior rooms be HEAVILY discounted? They are insane. She then never responded back! Save your money and mental health, stay somewhere else! ** Update ** Looking forward to a refund and will update if granted one.

  We stayed here for a couple nights, and we thought it was wonderful! Very clean, big rooms, comfortable bed. It’s also in a great location if you don’t want to be down town. Would definitely stay here again!

  The room was very nice. Very clean and well appointed. I was impressed with the large walk-in shower with the sliding glass door. Until I actually went in to take a shower. If they are all like this one, I advise you don't shampoo your hair. Because you'll be in the shower for an hour trying to rinse it off. At first I thought it was just the low water pressure. But after looking at the large shower head I could see the center holes were all clogged. I mean, it was like trying to take a shower with a lawn sprinkler. And the floor of the shower, extremely slippery. I mean dangerous. My guess it was for the same reason. Because when the floor of the shower is cleaned, it's not rinsed well. And probably because of that same water problem. I hope someone reads this and checks all of their rooms for this issue. I did mention it to one of the staff, using the translator on my phone. Also, I looked everywhere for a vending machine room. If there is one in this hotel, I sure never found it, on either floor.
