  Shakira, who took our reservation and checked us in, was courteous and professional. Our check in process went smoothly and quickly. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and hot. The hotel was just off the interstate, so very convenient for a quick, overnight stay. Would stay again when in Jackson.

  Front desk clerk really professional and very helpful about any questions we asked about all. Fitness center terrible not even a treadmill. Terrible Hotel location not safe scarey. Will not stay there again and we are Diamond members and book only Besrwestern plus from East coast to West coast. We cruise on Ships East to West coast. Old needs refurbishing.
