  The rooms are clean, small pillows, no place to charge your phone, computer or tablets in your room. Front desk helped change a room for my elderly mother-in-law since originally they had her on the 2nd floor. There are no elevators at this facility.

  Rooms are dirty pool is dirty staff is rude. The only thing good about this place is the location. Its close to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend looking g for other accommodations....

  We booked our stay at this hotel bc it’s close to home and we like getting away for overnights occasionally… we weren’t disappointed at all. We were in a King Room and it was great. The bed was so comfortable. The pillows super soft. The front desk associates were nice and our room was clean.

  Room rates were higher at hotel than online. Was told pool hours at check in, then later told pool was not operational, which is why we decided to stay here to begin with. Ended up paying $417 at check in for 2 nights in a double bed room. Had we known the pool wasn't going to be an option we could have saved $200 and stayed elsewhere.
