  Hotel scelto per strada mentre si faceva la route 66. Nonostante sia un motel storico è ristrutturato moderno all'interno, pulito, e ben strutturato. Siamo rimasti super soddisfatti. Personale cordiale.

  The service really sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The person that checked us in was very rude and the person that checked Us out was Even worse. In the room the bathroom was very small but is was very clean. If you check into this place BEWARE of the the rude customer service!!!!!!!!

  There is no way this is a hotel, it is a motel, the rooms are old and tired and the aircon is from when the place was built and extremely noisy We left at 7am as it was so bad The staff were nice though and very sweet but it did not make up for the awful motel standard 142 dollars per night and its really not worth it Having a few cool cars outside does not make it any good as a motel

  Rude lady with face mask at the front desk this morning had breakfast put away before 9. Other customers came in while i was in there and said something about the breakfast usually stayng open until 10...so not just me...Still had cereal on the counter so my husband asked if she could get the milk back out so we could have some cereal and she just flat out said no its already put up. Not sure what her problem is but certainly doesnt know how to treat a paying customer. Room was over priced with spiders in the tub and a big gap under the door. When we booked the room we were told it was newly renovated. The ac looked smelled and sounded like it was from the 1980s.

  When we checked in, the front desk agent Julio was very friendly and my party and I chatted with them about shared interests, and that was quite nice. However, when my husband and I got into our first room, the AC had dripped and soaked into the carpet and it was significantly wet so much so that water soaked into my sock; in addition the room smelled very musty and dank. After we moved rooms it was much better, no water in the carpet and smelled okay. Unfortunately, my friend found a bed bug in his room the morning we were checking out, and for these reasons, the rooms are getting an at most 2-star review from us. We didn't have any other issues because we didn't use any other amenities while we were there, but we will be choosing a different hotel to stay at the next time we stay in Springfield. But again, shouts out Julio, you're cool.
