  I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless, from the crisp bed linens to the sparkling bathroom tiles. It’s clear they take hygiene seriously here.

  It was amazing Michael at the front desk was soooo welcoming. Very knowledgeable and just very hard worker you could tell he loves his job everything we asked him like where to go eat where can I take my grandson for his birthday we had a blast!!! He told about the chicken fried chicken next door and how to safe money its just the little things. He remembered all 3 of our names everytime we seen him. Customer service you just dont see It like that. Beautiful place to be very clean quiet definitely already told everyone. Appreciate you guys best stay cation ever🫶🫶🫶 breakfast was great the waffles🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️

  Now I know a lot of people will sit there and say how can a Best Western Plus be a five-star hotel in anybody's book. But I've stayed at this hotel many of times in the past and recently returned. Not only are the rooms still what I remember from previous days but my first night back, Michael at the front desk remembered me after a year of being here my last time. Hopefully during your stay you get to meet this exceptionally young man. He takes pride in his work and great care of the guests. During my stays I have come across many others that should be mentioned for their great guest service but unfortunately I have not caught their names. Sarah is another one that has a great friendly face and has been here serving guests for quite some time. Coming from a man that was in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, this is a five-star hotel. Not by it's amenities necessarily, but by the quality of the hospitality you will receive from those who are the face of this home away from home.
