  This hotel was spectacular! Very clean & comfortable beds. It was very quiet and we even had a room facing the courtyard (in the morning I could hear some music but it was pretty faint). Rooms had AC thermostat versus the one by the window but it was very cool (it was 100 degrees outside). They had a pool inside with a hot tub which was very nice and clean with plenty of towels. There was an outside pool but we did not visit it. Courtyard was nice with plenty of comfortable seating. Breakfast was good- fruit loops, raisin bran, cheerios, oatmeal, sausage patties/links, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, juice, milk, yogurt. Staff was friendly and kind. Parking was a bit tight. We arrived later in the night and the parking lot was very small and some spots were hard to park. Hotel was within walking distance of tourist attractions and restaurants. Overall it was a good stay. We stayed for 2 days and will come back next time we are in Hannibal.

  Tony at the front desk was exceptional! He made check in easy and was very nice to our family and other guests- even to one who was being VERY difficult. Convenient location, room was ok

  Nice older, but renovated hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. I loved that the room was cleaned, bed remade and towels replenished. The last couple hotels I have stayed in did not clean room each day. My granddaughter loved that we were right by the pool. Yes we could hear people in pool, but it closed at 9pm so no issues with noise late at night. Standard hotel breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved that we were so close to many attractions.

  Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. The property was clean, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the good water pressure in the shower was a nice touch. The hotel was also quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. A special thank you to Tony at the front desk. He was very helpful, friendly, and made the check-in experience pleasant. Unfortunately, I overslept and didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast. I also wish I had more time to enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi, as those amenities looked like a great addition to the hotel. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service, and I would consider staying here again.

  All the Best Westerns I’ve been staying in have consistently been very clean and well maintained. The unique arrangement of suite rooms are my favorite. My recent experience here at Best Western by the River in Hannibal was outstanding, by the service Tony and Eric who greeted me at the desk. I had came in soaking after a hard long rides thru wind and rain on my Harley. I asked about if the lots had cameras. Tony immediately said yes, but not for yours. Yours will stay right out there under the canopy , my watchful eye and this camera here!!! I was floored by not surprised with how fast every BW agent gets into the hotel and room. Thank you Tony and best western
