  In the past I worked at Comfort suites. I went to hotel management school by the Patel group. I know great hotels and this BE is one of the very best. We will come back when we visit Branson! The senior price was good for our budget, staff was friendly, gave good advice and hotel was spotless clean!

  Staff is good. Is clean TV sucks pool has been closed for 3 days now whole reason we stayed was for my boy to swim very disappointed parking's decent

  Furniture was worn and dirty, hair dryer didn't work, poor room service, didn't get towel replacement except 1 day out of 4. Pool is not heated.

  Very pleased & thankful we chose this hotel to stay at! The better-than-other-hotels rate, pictures online that showed the doors to the rooms were indoors, and the free breakfast is why we chose this hotel. We had a great stay. Our room on the 2nd floor was clean and up-to-date, parking was free, and we felt safe. Breakfast also offered both waffles and pancakes, among other things, which is always a plus in my eyes! Also, the front desk staff was SO helpful and nice. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and great experiences. The location is great too- close to shops, restaurants, and shows. I’d definitely stay here again & recommend it!!
