  I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay somewhere else. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority here. The most disturbing issue was the severe cockroach infestation. Roaches were visible in the room, bathroom, and even around the furniture throughout our stay. Seeing pests crawling around where guests are expected to sleep and store personal belongings is completely unacceptable. In addition to the infestation, the overall condition of the property appeared poorly maintained and unsanitary. Despite bringing the issue to staff's attention, the response was inadequate and did not resolve the problem. No guest should have to worry about insects crawling through their room while trying to relax or sleep. For the price paid, this experience was beyond disappointing. Cleanliness is the bare minimum expectation for any hotel, and this property failed miserably. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

  I was awakened continually by slamming doors, plumbing noises and a toilet that would not flush properly. The staff was very friendly.

  Our car was defaced while parked right next to the front office overnight during our stay, at check-out the front desk gave us the managers card to email to retrieve security footage for a police report. It's been a couple weeks now with no answer from the manager. The room was not fully cleaned when we checked in. The maids left a cleaning rag on one of the chairs. When we booked our stay it was supposed to come with breakfast per Expedia, however their kitchen was shut down during our stay. No refunds or anything given. Won't be returning here.

  Clean room, go over the expressway have a variety of restaurants and stores. Great location. Bed was comfortable.
